      Probably download/upload the higher end of 50 - 100GB per month - sometimes less. Generally try and keep my P2P activities limited to off-peak hours i.e. 12.00am to 8.00am as this seems, in my mind, to be good manners and condsiderate to others on a contended network.

      Those stating what they download who use P2P, are you including your upload amount as well?

      With my previous ISP I could login to a statistics page on their website which showed a breakdown of my usage together with projections based on previous usage.

      Do Sky BB have any such facility without the need for resorting to third party apps?

      if your on a capped service i really wouldnt worrie about going a bit over at the moment Sky have got more to think about then oh look so and so has gone 20Gb over limit

      LOL... About 350< as I run a server and a hosting site for people in my school..... So its a combined Upload&Download of 350gb
