Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

Changed the wording - as the dialup bit does not apply to everyone who has problems and changed it to hidden votes.

A Simple yes or no then it applies to everyone

As SKYBB have been overwelmed with customers, can't see them touting for more. Hey, they can't deal effeciently with many many of their current customers, nevermind new ones.

I moved from Pipex so I was actually used to being taken for granted as a customer and the standard of Customer Services and Technical Services being utterly useless - so no change there then and completely expected!!

However I have to say that the connection Pipex provided was rock solid and problem free unlike Sky's but money is money and it's better in my pocket than theirs so no it didn't stop me taking a chance and ordering.

Maybe I'm lucky but other than a one week delay in activation and the continued rebooting the router routine (which I hope will be fixed soon) I know i'm much better off overall.

5 times the speed for a fifth of the cost with only minimal inconvenience - what do you think?

The current mayhem just had to happen with the prices they're offering!!

Sky Broadband isn't available in my exchange area as of yet, but after reading all those horror stories I won't be changing to Sky BB even when it does become available.

I don't fancy playing Russian Roulette for a stable service for the sake of saving a couple of quid.

An interesting 4th option for the vote would be "Already joined but wish I hadn't!" .... I know which I'd be clicking then
