      What fiasco?? I joined in January. As far as I am concerned it's worked with hardly a hitch. No complaints whatsoever re: CS or Tech Support. I heartily recommend Sky BB to anyone who asks me; with the usual caveats. i.e. it may not be so great for you.

      5/month. Rock solid fast connection. Simply a no-brainer.

      And i certainly agree with adding the 5th option.

      The Fiasco I assume the Virgin Media deffing there customers off and not paying for the extra "BASIC" BSkyB channel fees

      I thought long and hard before signing up to Sky last year although I actually registered my interest on the first day they we could so none of these "horror" stories we around then.
