Yes I toyed with letting people choose more than one option, but I wanted to get a result about what was the worst thing overall.

Got to say it's a combination of lack of updates and failing to callback when promised !!

It's a waste of time and money ringing them - they either don't know the answer or just seem to use BT as a scapegoat and NEVER put a definite timescale to anything they say.

So far I've been waiting 4 days for Provisioning to ring me back to confirm a revised date for installation!!!

Why haven't they just given customers online access to the order progress information? We can probably make more sense of the information and it would drastically reduce calls to them and maybe even allow them to receive some proper training so they can at least appear to know what they are talking about!!!

I should have been live last Friday 9th September and to be quite honest I am disgusted with the "Customer Service" received so far - unfortunately it has been non existent - they may as well pull the plug on the phones!!!

The only update information I have has been obtained by me from the BT Tracker. When I rang Sky they appeared not to know about the BT Tracker's existence and refused point blank to ring BT to obtain a reason for the delay!!

So far I've not received any update from Sky at all no phone call, no email, and no letter!!

Just how hard can updating those who are suffering delays be?

would have chosen lack of updates but delays for me was more the choice, as it's 11 days off being a month not connected.

Ive always wondered what managers do in a company when they tell their staff that they dont want to speak to customers

Common they come into the department late - put their feet up on the desk drinking coffee and donuts ans talk about insignificant things

wow thats a reall easy job - how do i get one

ive left 3 messages with 3 different people with 3 different managers for callbacks and not received a response at all.

      PANTS !

I agree with Annie, it's all three, but I've plumbed for the lack of updates.

Well I would have allowed multiple voting, but I think these things annoy everyone! It is more useful as a survey to make people choose what is most annoying, that way you get an indication of what you should tackle first. If, as a company you want to improve. Sky read these boards so I hope they take note!
