      The delays (by BT)

My delays were because of BT. Three weeks to clear (Euro1Net) then reactivate my line. BT did not activate on the date they gave Sky and me - they were 2 days late.

I realise others had delays caused more directly by Sky or their suppliers. e.g. Non delivery of routers or faulty routers. So "The Delays" option on the poll gives incomplete information.

I love these snap shot polls on web sites. I would like to see them archived and the ability to vote on them even after they are on the home page. Especially on a site like this, that is growing at such a rapid rate and for a new service with "teething problems".

Perhaps just a link to a Vote Here section or See Previous Results?

Unhappy Re: What is more frustating?

Ive not been able to log in to the emails since going on line 3 weeks ago.Still no fix.I'm new to broadband and from all the grief I have read on this and other sites I am not that impressed with its performance.
If Sky put forward charges for this site at any time in the future, which they will.If you remember how they crept in the charges for Sky TV it will come for this FREE BROADBAND service, then they will have to improve for me to stay.

Steve, not sure what you are getting at here, if you mean charging for access to this website then that wont happen as it is independant of sky and the founders ( from my limited aquaintance with them arent doing it for the money or they'd have given up months ago ). As for free broadband, youre on max according to your profile so you are paying £10/month ?

      Re: What is more frustating?

I would have to put all 3 down, I ordered broadband and TV on the 1st of March and Iíve been with out broadband now for over 5 weeks!! I called Sky last Saturday, they said the problem with my order had been fixed as it had been stuck in their system and my line went active for sky broadband on the 30th of March. They also said my router would be sent out after the bank holiday and will arrive today (Thursday).

It will be interesting to see if it arrives, I have to admit I do not believe them. Also I never had a letter telling me when my line would go active.

      Re: What is more frustating?

I can except delays but there is no excuse for the lack of comunication that Sky seems beset with sometimes.
