      Happy Anniversary to My Max.

Soon, itís our 12 month anniversary.
      Max is reliable.
Only ever let me down once.
We made up a few hours later.

Sometimes Max can be just too fast for
      complete satisfaction.
But I always find it in my heart to forgive.

      Max is thrifty.
But I cannot wait to see my anniversary present.
I just hope itís not a movie ticket for one.
Or an introduction to a Virgin.

      My Max. Faster, Cheaper, Better.

If it continues to be as reliable as it is currently then I'll be sticking with them for sure. I can't think of a single reason to want to switch back to anyone else right now.

My train of thought on this is as Simon has said above. I have no reason to leave Sky now that I have a stable connection. I am not somebody who swaps and changes their ISPs, infact Sky are only my second one in all the years I have been on the internet.

      Had to vote possibly.

      Never say never!!!!

Unfortunately their customer service is still total pants and is the one thing that still lets them down very badly and can and will seriously influence a customer's decision to renew or not! (5 days or longer to simply send out a replacement router is totally unacceptable in this day and age!)

If they could just get that right (preferably with people who can actually understand and speak English ) then there would be absolutely no decision to make.

I have had the service for a year now & it has been very stable, I was with Tiscali before for 3 years & the service there was rubbish !

      Re: Would you change ISP?

Have to agree. After a year with Pipex Homecall Sky, so far - it's only been two days, is heaven. Homecall had a rumoured FUP of 3GB per month during peak time (5-11pm, 7 days a week). In these peak times I was lucky to get 400Kb/s. With Sky I'm getting about 14Mb/s anytime of day or night and goodness knows what the FUP is but it's better than 3GB for sure!

      Re: Would you change ISP?

Not at the end of the 12 month contract as I am very happy with it.

I would only leave subsequently if the router failed and they could not sort out a replacement quickly.
