I have given them a good rating, I think they have improvements to make, particularly in the area of educating their front line staff. But they are still new to this market, and my experience to date has been positive.

Re: Your experience of Sky broadband

As I'm having a good day with no household repairs to do as I've barred the missus from touching anything that can leak, short circuit, break I've given them a Very Good.

      Migration took place early.
      The router arrived in time.
      It works.

Apart from an issue involving a speed cap on my line which I was able to get lifted it's been pretty stress free really and to say I was paying approx. 20 before moving to Sky, for 10 I have nothing to complain about really.
