      Okay

1 - your DL rate is way off your sync speed. Try running the optimizer:

      Optimising your Broadband Connection

2 - you seem to have been capped by Sky as you are synching at 8Mb (8096kbps), yet your attenuation of 21db means you should synch around 14Mb or even the full whack of 16Mb. You'll need to contact sky. Take a look at this thread:

      Adsl1???

Thanks for all the help so far!

I just read your post in that other topic :

It may take a few calls to get Sky to change you. Alternatively use the technical support email address. If you do, ensure that you ask them to copy the exact contents of your mail into the ticket or state in the ticket that they must read your mail.

      The emial address is

      BroadbandTechnicalSupport@BskyB.com.

If you need a hand with any text then PM me and I can forward you the mail that finally did the trick for me.
Could you please forward that mail that helped you to me as well, i'd rather email them than calling (i just moved over from Holland recently, so i prefer typing to talking on the phone).

      Thanks again.
