    going on sky svbn

    This is a discussion on going on sky svbn within the O2 / Be Customer Information forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; was with bethere untill swapping to sky on the 20th...going on sky talk tomorrow sometime.... and LLU I presume.... is ...

      going on sky svbn

      was with bethere untill swapping to sky on the 20th...going on sky talk tomorrow sometime.... and LLU I presume....

      is there any config difference in the skybox...or is it user friendly change over :-) ????

      You should not even notice you have changed. The only difference will be the replies on 150 and 17070.

      change over took a cpl of mins...but speed difference went from 4.7 mb d/l...to .383........ after a quick phone call ...going past the initial desk to the support team..the profile was change to 4mb.... and dlm training should improve it...... dont know what would have happened tho if i'd left it..(i seen quite a few threads where ppl are still getting below par speed for quite a few days.if not weeks..)
