    Ex O2 customers contacting Sky

      Angry Ex O2 customers contacting Sky

      Can anyone help with advice as to how to contact Sky now I've been moved from O2 for broadband queries ?

      It depends what you want to contact Sky about.
      The easiest way is probably by phone.
      For general enquiries call 08442414141
      If your telephone service is with Sky then calls to their 08442 numbers are free.

      I haven't received my information pack or any info on how to access my account / billing information since they phoned me informing me of the move from Be to Sky

      Are you not receiving bills then?
      Surely they will have needed your Bank account details in order to direct debit you.

      Check the reference number provided for your direct debit. The last twelve digits will be your Sky account number.
      If you haven't done so already you will need to register at the Sky website in order to view your Sky account details online.

      The be website is now closed. You will not be able to check you on-line bill through the site.

      nope. I haven't received any bills, will check my direct debit as it must have transferred over without my knowing.

      The account will be paperless by default as there is a charge if you require paper bills.
