For me (because I didn't receive any pre-warning of the change) my BB went off at 10am sharp and after several calls Sky informed me it would not be re-connected until midnight that same day. I had an added complication in that I didn't realise I couldn't (or at least couldn't without some work) use my own router with Sky as I was with o2, so when they did reconnect me, my own router didn't work. I plugged my old o2 Wireless Box II in and it worked after a full reset. Hopefully, your migration will be smoother!! They did send me a new Sky SR101 router as an apology though, so at least I get wireless N rather than the 'G' of the old Wireless Box II.
