Thanks for getting back to me regarding the failure to send emails with my thunderbird address.

I seem to be having a problem login on and opening my new emails to my account now! could this be because I have changed my outgoing server to sky?

Every time I try and get my new mail it comes up with, "Login to server mail.dpiinteriors.co.uk failed. It then gets me to type in my password for this account but it always fails. this is what it says "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.dpiinteriors.co.uk responded: Authentication failed."

Please can you direct me in the right way because beforeI has sky everything was fine.
