My story is i had sky for a year was on mid package told by bt i would only get 3.5 meg down my line. In peak hours i would only get 1meg and if i was lucky in off peak hour i would get 2.5meg. i had 8 router from sky alway when you ring up said there a problem with your router we will sent out a new one. as of alway call start off with how is ur bb connteced oh master socket all that. cost 10a min to ring sky up. Half the time they will put me hold wait for 1hr once. October last yr i left sky i was happy i move to bethere.co.uk. When they told me i could get my full 8mb i was so happy no cap. if i have a problem its solve within mins. To call be up is free. I would say sky is worser then VM. VM might take a lil more time with a call out but sky go on and on. Oh yh forgot they alway ask me to chaneg the micro fillter every time i call sky up. I dnt know about anyone else but sky was just a nitghtmare. They should just stick to tv
