      Indeed. Customer service put me through to cancellations having exhausted their offers. I didn't have to ask they just said maybe "cancellations" can help. All very painless and civilised.

      I have been in touch with the Fibre Team in regards to the above querie. Apparently the fix has been rolled out globally now for Fibre Unlimited but they stressed the router must be reset correctly...
