I figured it out for some reason the ssid has been changed

Hi
i made the mistake of posting the same thing twice of which i apologised for as i saw a better thread which i thought could help me.
you seem to have deleted that one (which someone had posted advice to me and i was working through) and you have closed the original one.
i am not that good with computers and all i am tring to do is get some help on why i cannot get wireless any longer on my laptop.
if you could please reinstate my second posting where i was in a middle of a conversation with someone who is willing to help
