      Hi Mossywell, you still using Sky BB too? I'm still very grateful to you for your help a couple of years ago with you Bounce program. Have you upgraded it recently please? I would assume that the hidden user name and password have remained the same?

      Hi, yes it means that BSR can't talk to the router but is still able to talk to the Internet. The log file should give more information.

      Hi There. Just joined up today. I have downloaded BSR and run it but the top half of the context menu is greyed out and not accessible, do you know what I'm doing wrong.
      Netgear DG835GT.
