    Does Sky Know the Meaning of Customer Service?

    I don't normally use this sort of site but I am so angry at the way Sky Customer Service has treated me I had to make myself heard somehow!!
    I moved home in March, at the time I called to cancel I was talked into moving onto the minimum package of 5.00 a month. As we were moving to a conservation area we knew that we wouldn't be allowed to have a dish on the house but we did want to explore the options available once we moved.
