You need to put standard Netgear firmware onto the router. The firmware that came as supplied can only be used with Sky Broadband.

Have a look in this thread. It's a bit fiddly to get the Sky/Netgear DG934G router running standard Netgear firmware, but it can be done.

I have the black netgear dg934g from sky. sky no longer provide my internet and im with plusnet instead, but i want to use the netgear with my new isp.
