Spam filter

Hi

Im getting so much spam about Viagra on my Sky email address. At this point in my life I don't really need viagra, but would appreciate any tips at filtering it from my mail. I've done as much as I can with Mail to stop it. I've even configured it to filter anything which contains the word viagra. However, the wording is based within an image ad thus the filter doesn't pick it up.

Any ideas as to what I can do? Thanks, Steven
