TCP/IP Optimiser?

Hello fellow Mac users!

Can anyone suggest a decent TCP/IP optimser for the Mac? I tried Apple's Broadband Tuner but it doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Thanks in advance!

Jez

I tried tweaking the MTU(?) feature in preferences but with no noticeable difference.

Can't see anything relevant in Onyx. C-tail has a network section but I can't see a setting for a 16Mb connection. And I don't fancy playing around with those numbers as I don't know what I'm doing!

For what it's worth I've tried most if not all of these tools and I've not found one that improved my network performance beyond Apple's defaults. My own opinion is that OS X 10.4.6 onwards is nicely optimised as it is.
