Re: Strange router issues - please help!!
I'm having the exact same problem! It's really weird must be something to do with Sky. I've tried changing my router and everything, nothing works. Phoned them this morning and it was absolutely no use. They ended up just asking for us to call back in a few days!
I've tried every browser ever made, Mac, PC or iPhone it doesn't make any difference.
iTunes won't load on any computer, the App Store and iTunes Store on the iPhone are the main annoyances for me! The second I switch my Wi-Fi off and use 3G on my phone everything works perfectly.
I'm in the North-West too by the way, Manchester.

Re: Strange router issues - please help!!
Hi guys - if you haven't already I'd suggest you head over to the official Sky forum as suggested earlier in this thread Sky Help Forum - Website Issues - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum
It's really gaining momentum due to the number of people from the same area complaining about the exact same issue.
Now I know it's up to Sky to fix it, not us, but rather than cut your nose off to spite your face, try the open DNS thing, it completely solves the issue as a temporary fix, thereby proving that it is an issue with Sky's DNS (and they are still asking people to clear the cache in their browsers).
Here's a really straight forward guide on how to do it - I promise anyone can do it! How to Switch Mac OS X to Use OpenDNS or Google DNS - How-To Geek
