      Someone is Closing My accounts

I am at a total loss of what to do

I have a lot of accounts which I use to advertise and promote.

Lately I have had not 1, not 2 but 3 accounts CLOSED and NOT by me!

When I have contacted the admins they have said only you can log into your account and it must be me who has deleted my account.

Once, maybe I could put it down to accident but NOT 3 times.

I constantly change my passwords, have ESET Cybersecurity and Macscan

How can my accounts be closed by someone else

Any suggestions, advice would be greatly appreciated.

      I Use Firefox5 browser and I empty cache/cookies daily

Are you talking about Sky additional email addresses? Anyone with your primary login details can close them, as can Sky if they're shown to breach T&Cs by spamming people with bulk emails

Re: Someone is Closing My accounts

Then it's not a Sky issue - someone at Google's end (or someone with the account details) is closing them

I'd get in touch with Google and see what they say

Is it possible someone has reported your emails to Google as spamming and Google have deleted the accounts? Just a thought.

I don't know to what they can help if the account has been closed but they are really cooperative if your account is hacked and provide options for submitting proof of ID to have the password reset.

And dude seriously your there is not one place in the first post where you mention the word 'email'.

Re: Someone is Closing My accounts

I use Sky Internet as my ISP, didn't know how safe and secure that is, after all someone could in theory piggyback my connection and have access to all my details.

Only if you have your wireless unsecured and that is your responsibility, not Sky's..

...and they would only have access to your 'details' if you have disabled your Mac's inbuilt security and allow them to. Again, your ball

      Have fun
