hp wireless printer

Hi guys looking for some help here please.Just got a hp c4380 wireless printer. have tried to set it up wirelessly on my my mac mini and sky broadband but it wont work. it finds my network i enter the code for the router it scans for a bit the comes up with some stuff saying ip unable or something then i get this message.
The network configuration was successfully downloaded to the device. However to continue configuring the device in network, your Mac must have access to the device. So please make sure that your Mac has access to the Network : "SKY05740" and retry.

I am not a techie and have no idea what to do next any help please.

i resorted to just setting it up through usb and it works fine just the wireless network issue at present.

Many thanks
