That's an answer from somebody who doesn't know what they are talking about I'm afraid.

Of course you can connect a NAS and a network printer to the Sky router. After all it's a standard router with a standard four port ethernet hub.

A network printer will connect to your Sky routers network either through an ethernet cable or wirelessly. Likewise for the NAS.

Both devices will receive an IP address or you can configure a static address and adjust your address pool if necessary.

I get this fairly regularly too, although the frequency does vary quite a lot and I've not seen it in the last week or so.
