Office 2008 - Entourage problems

Have just upgraded to new ms office 2008 for the Mac.

Allowed my entourage settings and identities to be moved across automatically but now can't recieve any sky emails ??

Account settings are as they were in office 2004.

Anyone got any ideas yet what problem is and how to fix - or is sky servers down in some way

I've been playing around with my entourage settings all afternoon.

Made sure everything ok at Sky end of things.

1 Have tried sending myself and other sky email account test emails don't arrive.

2. have done same from yahoo and only emails to the C.C person I recieve ??

Have uninstalled 2008 and gone back to 2004 but still having the same issues.

Anyone any ideas? - is there problems with the server

I'm not with Sky yet but everything transferred across fine when I upgraded to Office '08.... maybe double check your settings and check that all the correct ports etc have been entered? Also, make sure you have checked the firewall in OS X system prefs is not blocking Entourage.

Not sure how or why but in the end it turned out to be 'rules' that I had set up in ms 2004 seemed to affecting entourage.

I cleared this rules and hey presto! everything working fine.

Reset the rules but this time used mailing list manager so respective e-mails go into correct folders - works great now

Ahhh the dreaded rules! Glad it's fixed now!
