Webmail forwarding to a Mac

I've just switched from a PC to a Mac so bear with me. I can send mails ok but not receive them. Like everyone else, the mail goes to the Sky webmail but not onto my Mac mail. I've set everything up as per the tutorials but am stuck now as to what to do. I also have a seperate gmail account and mails from there are getting through to Mac Mail no problem.

I used the tutorials on here to set the mail up (although I had to change a few things - my mac mail has pop not pop3).

Any advice?

Re: Webmail forwarding to a Mac

If I were you I would log onto your gmail account and, under settings, set gmail to collect mail from your sky address. The sky mail will appear in your inbox on your mac. I would also delete the sky account from your mac and just use gmail - but that is just me!
