Unless there is something strange going on I cannot see any mention of the email system on the status screen we use. All smp.sky.com and pop.sky.com servers are being turned off by the 8th and all customers should be using the new smtp.tools.sky.com and pop.tools.sky.com servers by now anyway.
As long as you have the new servers in use and have enabled ssl and the correct port there should be no issues.
