      Sky Winback Team

      Hi all,

Need help understanding the difference between the 'SKY Winback Team' vs retentions.

They are not quite the same.

A number of times before I have called up to leave/move, the sky retentions team will SKY transfer me to the 'Winback Team' as a last resort after 20/30 mins of stalemate conversation.

Also - What is the direct way to get through to the winback team - to save time and energy?

Is there a direct way through the options menu (some sort of sequence) or is there a direct number (which is not premium rate)?

My sincere thanks to nay willing to contribute.

I would imagine they have the authority to make better offers.

Also - I doubt there is one that they are going to publish.

      Re: Sky Winback Team

      I appreciate your reply.

I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period (migrating to plusnet after two years of billing errors + inconsistent connectivity with SKY).

I'm wondering if anybody can suggest ways to get a Fibre retention deal with SKY - even though I'm on ADSL.

      This is why I'm asking!

Not sure whether the 08445 number is included in your Sky talk package but most Sky call centre phone numbers are. Failing that there is always the Live Chat.
