      Joining sky question

I have set up my Sky HD box to an old sat dish and it works fine for the free channels but would like to be able to record channels so thought I would buy the entertainment channels. I live with my son and he is already a Sky customer and just upgraded to Sky Q. I really don’t like the new set up my son has spent a lot of time trying to show me how it works and find the old Sky box easier to use. Does anyone know if Sky would allow me to have my own account? Thanks for any advice. Alan.

      P.s.
Does anyone know of a email address for Sky? I know I can phone them but with the email I can ask questions without being on the phone for a long time.
