      Switching bb and line rental

My minimum 12 months term is up in around 3 weeks, i pay 18.99 at present so my new bill will jump up to 28.99 after the minimum period.
No offers online after i click the link ' thinking of cancelling bb' it just says contact us on this number to discuss this.
I am thinking of switching, is it normal now not to offer anything online and insist on a phone call?

      That's the normal procedure.

The current procedure which Sky wants people to use is to navigate to the sky website, and pick through their menu system under the 'Help' link at the top of the page. Alternatively you can use their My Sky app to get a similar result.

      https://www.sky.com/help/home

      https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...kyb.skyservice

      https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/my-sky/id880575127?mt=8

Go through to cancellations and discuss the issue you have and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Do NOT cancel your telephone and broadband. Simply let them know that you'll think about things if you're not happy. If this is the case then look around and when you sign up to a new firm, they'll switch you across and cancel Sky's telephon and broadband services at the same time.

It also often pays to do a bit of homework before you call and look-up what other providers are actually charging for similar packages.

Use the sky contact number 0330 041 2639
At the voice prompt just say retentions, that puts you through to the retentions team.
