I sent a long email to the BBC regarding this very same issue only 6 months ago and the reply was that they had never had any issues regarding Real, (Hmmm)
However they where in the process of developing a downloadable player of their own which may takes some time. I replied that it was unfair if someone like myself enjoyed listening to Radio2 (And yes i do by the way) But cant because of their spyware riddled player, They in turn basically said Tough.
Thats where it is at the moment but i will NEVER use Real Player again. IT is sending toooooo much info back to its seedy headquarters for my liking.hAS ANYONE SEEN MY cAPSLOCK KEY?

I took part in the IMP trial for the BBC last year, It was very good TBH. You could download, most BBC shows for 7 days after they were broadcast. Radio was included.
