Attempts to contact Openreach by members of the public have always been referred back with the message that customers should contact their own Internet or telephone service provider. Whilst their policy has not changed they have recently included an eChat facility on their contact page; Get in touch.

It is not all that easy to find and comes with the proviso:
If you have a complaint thatís not covered above and isnít about your phone or broadband service you can chat with us between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or fill in this form.
If you still can't find it you need to click on "Who to contact about anything else" and scroll down to the eChat logo
