I called them up last Friday evening and explained the situation and the lady said that they owed me 12 and that she would send a cheque out and that it would take 5-10 days to arrive. It arrived today and is going to be cashed in tomorrow so I can finally draw a line under this. It has only took a month to sort out. What a farce.

I`m in the process of migrating from BT Yahoo to Sky BB, i have had 4 years of trouble free BB from BT but 30 a month is a little excessive especially nowadays, its not that i cant afford but when i hear of other companies offering packages a lot cheaper i could`nt resist any longer and i have taken the plunge with Sky BB.

That is the very reason why I moved to Sky, the cost. Just make sure that when you are up and running with Sky that you contact BT to either make sure youre account with them is closed or to close it. And if they owe you money make sure the amount is both correct and that they do actually send the cheque out.

      Good luck.
