Admin Fail Causes Hassle for BT Openreach Quality of Service Consultation - ISPreview UK
The UK telecoms regulator, Ofcom, has apologised after a typographical error meant that anybody who submitted a web form response to its consultation on proposals that would require BTOpenreach to meet better minimum performance standards (here) will not have been heard.

According to Ofcom, the error meant that responses submitted via their web form facility between 19th December 2013 and 6th January 2014 were not received and will now need to be re-submitted. The issue has no impact on anybody that submitted a response via a letter or email.

The consultation still closes at 5.00pm on 13th February 2014.
