      How to Pin Anything to the Taskbar in Windows 7 and 8 the Easy Way

      errr... the simple way is to right-click the icon in the raskbar and select 'Pin this program to taskbar'.

      Not for folders and files, right click your video folder and try pining it to taskbar. With this program you can.

      Right click taskbar -> Toolbars -> New toolbar... -> select folder
      drag to re-size etc. (you may need to UN"lock all taskbars"
