I wonder if Ebuyer prices are a ploy to get on top of listings and get people to there site (as you cant actually pre-order) or am i being cynical?

Apparently, so rumour has it - the licensing will allow you to install it legitimately on 3 pc's!

How true is this, if so it's a bargain.

If you buy it now, do you have to wait until October for it?

Is it worth it?? Hell yes, biggest leap forward since Win2k, and wipes the floor with Vista!

missis bought laptop last week we had the free upgrade to windows 7 ( £13 p+p ) ordered on-line delivery date for it was 22nd October.

Too expensive at the mo SSHD's - I am perfectly happy with the Raptor I have as the system disk in my PC - 150GB Western Digital VelociRaptor, SATA 3Gb/s, 10000rpm, 16MB Cache, 4.2 ms 10,000 rpm with a 4.2ms seek time - Fastest SATA drive available.
