      Greetings,

A Host: Exchange Hosting - Hosted Exchange email and collaboration services

Or if you have a spare machine, and the money, you could get a copy of SBS 2003 and do your own hosting.

      Re: Microsoft Exchange

Exchange is enterprise technology designed to support 1000s of users. A copy of exchange costs some 450, you then need an exchange CAL (Client access license) which is another say 30 on top of a windows CAL if you want to be properly licensed. On top of these, of course you need a copy of server 2008 and some hardware and exchange technicians to keep it all ticking over not to mention backup.

1&1.co.uk sell a single user hosted exchange setup for 5.99 per month. In the context of the costs above, I think this is a bargain but you do have to need exchange to justify the cost. The reason for listing the costs above is to make the point that If the OP is expecting to get exchange for free he is asking for something which no-one can deliver.

      Greetings,

Exchange 2003 will run on 2000 server, however saying that if you want to allow web access then you'll have to run it on 2003 Server.

See here Iphone 2.0: Set Up Push Email, Contacts, and Calendar on Your iPhone for Free

I personally never bothered with push email I find a 15 minute fetch is usually sufficient. Have you considered mobileme I tried the trial and it worked great but decided not renew after the two months. It's 58 (annual = 4.83 pm) from Apple but can be found cheaper elsewhere (ebay etc)
