Enjoying Pop Up

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, and every time I go into part of the Explorer,like My Computer,My Pictures,My Documents etc.and then come out ,I get his annoying pop box below and it refreshes.I have also uninstalled Piclens as this is mentioned In the details below.But still it pops up.
How can I sort this out.

Re: Enjoying Pop Up

There is probably a setting in Vista somewhere where you can disable these from popping up.

Just found this:

How to Disable Windows Error Reporting ~ Chris Pirillo

Quote:
When a program stops responding, Windows Error Reporting pops up. This lets Microsoft know of a potential problem which they might fix in the future.

to disable error reporting in Windows Vista:

* Open the Control Panel
* Open the Problem Reports & Solutions applet
* Under the Advanced option you can disable problem reporting

Re: Enjoying Pop Up

Whilst disabling the pop up will get rid of the annoyance, having Explorer crashing or becoming non responsive is the worrying thing.

Re: Enjoying Pop Up

You need to figure out what is causing it, from what google is saying you have installed something as an add on to IE and thats causing the issue.
piclens.dll - Google Search
