Hi everyone my name is Jamie. I've just returned from Australia where I have been working for the past 3 years. Helping my mum here as she has just signed up to sky broadband.......wow!!! what a mess! I fancy I'm no slouch with IT etc but trying to set up her sky email is a nightmare. How do they stay in business? How do you contact anyone? Thankfully I've found skyusers and there seems to be more info and help here than anywhere. just hope other users of the forum can help out. Nice to be back in a civilised country for all that! Jamie.

recently moved to sky from talknotalk n BB redirected, so decided to leave once the contract was up, looked in here for the router password etc as this is my only complaint about the sky service presently, at least I get what I'm paying for here. Hazzo

Hi all, just thought I would introduce myself, I am Karl, I work in IT support for a large online retailer (guess who?) I'm a new convert to sky (should actually 'go live' bb wise on Weds 2nd April) after many years of acceptable service from AOL we have had nothing but problems since the big Carphone Warehouse switch in mid Feb. Looking forward to many wasted hours on this site, very well put together and a nice simple design too, I hate all these bloated sites we get nowadays. just like to say thanks for helping me get into my new sky router to configure before going live (this is how I found this excellent site) hope i can maybe help otehrs as you havae helped me so far

i came to see what good with sky and whats happening i left sky after 2 week even thou i truly loved it and the price but i didn't like bt so i have talk talk and i flashed my sky router thanks to this site nothing went wrong love this site.
