Simple question, with hopefully a simple answer. Can my wife take over my Sky account, and if so how is it done?
I have tried ringing the Customer Service number 08442 141141 only to be told I'm calling at a busy time and my call should be answered in less than 40 minutes. At upto 5p per minute I certainly cannot afford to be hanging on that long.
Are you not on sky talk? If so it's a free call. In short there is no easy way to take an account over and the account itself may have to be killed and a new account in your name created.
