Re: official fia report

That had to be the most uneventful race all season. If Lewis had of done what he did today, last Sunday, he would have won the Championship.

Never fear, I am sure the stewards will find a way of getting Ferrari a couple of extra points.

Re: official fia report

I saw the update to this thread but avoided it as i haven't watched the GP yet.

Foolishly i then click on SkyNews! D'oh. Oh well, both SkyNews and NR say it was uneventful so i'll save myself 2hrs of boredom.

Re: official fia report

I was surprised nothing was said about Alonso's threat to do everything he could to stop Hamilton and gift Massa the title. If Kovalainen had said he was going to stop Massa and gift the title to Hamilton, he and the rest of the McLaren team would have been hauled before the FIA, fined a fortune and docked points. As things turned out the last he saw of Louis was his exhaust smoke on the start grid.

Re: official fia report

I thought drivers weren't meant to slow down to allow people to pass them in a pre-arranged fashion either? I reckon Ron Denis needs to paint his car red next year

Re: official fia report

It was obvious Kimi was in trouble, he had to give way to the faster car. The fault cleared quickly though as he almost wore out his brakes keeping off Massa's gearbox.
