How are you watching them, through your Sky box or via your main ariel as I don't see the sign language people at all.
They're only there on digital TV. Companies have to have a certain percentage of their programming with signing for the deaf. Unfortunately for the deaf they show most of their required content as repeats and most in the early hours of the morning.
My sister in law is deaf (born deaf) so program that are signed are a god send to her, I see your point but they usually show these programs at other times and that they are not signed.
HERES MY STORY I WANT TO WATCH A PROGRAM ON CHANNEL 5 AND MANY OTHER CHANNELS BUT I GET THOSE PEOPLE FOR THE DEAF STUCK IN THE CORNER OF THE SCREEN.WHICH TAKES UP A 6INCH SQUARE IN THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. IS THERE ANY WAY TO REMOVE. THESES BECAUSE I HAVE TO TURN MY TV OFF BECAUSE I AM SO ANNOYED ABOUT IT.THERE ARE SUCH THINGS AS SUBTITLES SO WAY DO THEY HAVE THOSE PEOPLE ON SCREEN. RANT OVER
THE MORE PEOPLE COMPLAIN. THE MORE NOTICE THE GOVENMENT TAKES AND WE MAY JUST MAY HAVE THEM REMOVED OR SOME WAY OF REMOVING THEM BUILT IN TO THE TVS IN THE NEAR FUTURE
