I HATE these! BB and I'm a celebrity etc. What a total waste of time and money

I will second that, I always avoid them.

Also the term celebrity seems to have lost all meaning now.

The only reality show that I watched was one on Sci-fi "who wants to be a superhero" because there was sod all else on one Sunday morning.

Now that was funny, but I don't bother with any of the others. Mainly because when I went to Worldcon in 2005 I chatted with the editor of the US version of SFX and he said that reality shows were killing off Drama, Sci-Fi and generally every other type of show and that TV execs comission them because they cost sod all.

I hate them too, and they sometimes take off programs that I like in order to show this rubbish

I did watch one series of Big Brother a few years ago now and I have to atmitt I got hooked on it. Apart from that I have bothered with any sort of reality program and agree that they have outlived their welcome but as long as people keep watching them then channels will keep producing them.

I was reading the other day that the latest series of Big Brother on E4 is struggling in the ratings because it is not on mainstream television and because of this the tabloids are hardly covering it.
