Sky Blocking Access to Rocket League (PS4)

Since the latest PS4 OS update (3.0) it seems users in the UK on with Sky as their ISP can no longer access the Rocket League servers (according to the Rocket League forum anyway). I'm one of the affected users.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to ask Sky to check this. I can imagine the response if I try phoning Sky 1st line support. Is there a forum or number to try to get through to their 2nd line support without the pain of the normal help desk route?

The sky help team did tweet yesterday that they are aware of the issue & are working on it:

The developer & publisher Psyonix claim that nothing has changed their end but have been investigating this for a few days now.

Have you been in touch with the ones responsible for upgrading the PS4. Surely if their update 'broke' the game, its up to them to fix it.

Have you also tried using Public DNS servers, such as Google's 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4.

Re: Sky Blocking Access to Rocket League (PS4)

Others have tried the DNS settings with no effect. Given the only users worldwide that seem to be Sky customers it would suggest it's a configuration issue at Sky's end.

Sounds like they are investigating according to the Twitter link gymno posted. Hopefully whatever the issue is will be fixed soon.
