Lags and delay between 6pm to 00 am
Hi everyone,
My name is Peter ,I m newb in this stuff , also my english sucks(Please be understanding) , so please advice me and help.A small descritpion, Im living in cousin house for a few weeks,and i m used to play some games with my friends, Everthing is ok till 6pm ,after this hour comes a huge lag ,delay ,ping around 500 when normally i got 15 ms in these games. I was trying to figure out what is wrong with with .I have checked few things as,
How many pcs are connected to my router, all was only 3 as it should be .
Im nothing dling ,pc works fine,
I noticed few things, On all pc/notebooks net start sucks after 6 pm,
After 00 am its goes okay ,so probably there is no viruses or smillar stuff,
I m asking you frist sinceI m no owner of this provider ( its my cousin's one ) so if is there any option to fix it ,I would appreciate your help, but if no can you give me details why i need to tell the Sky-helper (details ) and Can I speak with him since i m not owner of this "internet" ,or it have to be my cousin (and what should he say there )

Ask him what Sky Broadband he has, if it is Sky Connect then it is working as planned.
If he is paying £17 per month, its Connect.

Thanks for so fast reply ,is Unlimited,and i found out was is happening ,some mate was downloading in this hours every day ^^, sorry for the inconvenience

Actually I just looked at the images, the upload is too high for it to be Sky Connect.
It must be Unlimited, and therefore very out of character.
Have a look here and see if there is an issue with the exchange?
