    Constant lag spikes playing League of Legends

      I was told the new firmware was only being issued for fibre, but if the Profile is correct, that was wrong information. Is it possible Sky are updating all the Sagems so they can be used on fibre? Financially this would make sense, as Sky would not have to send out so many new routers.

      Which is sort of what I suggested 12 days ago here:
      New Firmware?

      Doesn't seem that this new firmware was beta tested with gamers (or anyone else for that matter).

      And no comment from Sky as to what has changed.

      Possible solutions? Get hold of an older model Sky Router? Switch to using own router?

      Perhaps my old Netgear/Sky V1 White router might unexpectedly be worth a couple of quid on FleaBay!

      So the only solution really is to switch routers? Or wait for them to fix it? Is there no way to downgrade the firmware or get Sky to do it?
