sky cst told me a while back that 8ms max delays / gamer profile can be applied to any speed profile, not just 10 or 20mb.

anyway, jambo862 i'm on the gamer profile too. my stats:

Line Attenuation 23.0*dB 14.2*dB
Noise Margin 7.1*dB 8.8*dB

notice my line attenuation figures are higher (worse) than yours, but i've far higher speeds.
i'd say your line was underperforming at 15mb, nevermind the 10mb it's at now. however with your noise margin at 7.3db, sky couldn't just flick a switch & improve it so it may be worth looking into. i'd imagine your upstream speed could be improved also.
