Hello, new to the forum and not completely clued up with all this so bare with me!
I have Sky Broadband and Sagem F@ST 2504 router.
Connection has varied a lot over the last few weeks but I'm getting fed up now. Quite often my ping and jitter will both be well above 200 making any kind of online gaming impossible.
I play on an XBOX360 and have forwarded all of the main ports that are recommended to be done yet at times my NAT still changes from Open which also makes online gaming difficult.
Basically, I don't know what the cause of all this is and it's become incredibly frustrating.

Firstly, thankfully you are not on Connect, can you change your Profile please.
Can you plug into your Test socket using only the ADSL cable supplied by Sky and post your stats from there.
When the faceplate is removed, please check if any other sockets in your house have a dial tone.

Best do as suggested above as your speed is well down on what it should be which might indicate an issue.
With your attenuation and a decent line 18meg should be attainable.
