Is there any extensions in the house though?

Like I said in the message the upload can be improved a lot which is good news.
The download throughput should be around 5.5 - 6Mbps even with the stats you currently have.
The ping should also be better.

start, all programs, accessories, command prompt.

      Type: ping 208.67.222.222

      and post the results.

Re: Hello all, new and i need your help with gaming!

Looks like you have been heavily interleaved due to errors on your line, this is the reason for your ping being higher than some others.

It helps correct any errors so you dont lose packets and helps keep your line connected without disconnecting,

Sky have done this because your line is not performing how it should be and is getting errors. Your line should achieve 14Mbps + and your only getting a 7Mbps sync with a throughput of 2Mbps.

You need to unscrew your faceplate and plug your router in to the test socket, and check the stats again, if they have improved then the errors and low speed is because of extensions in the house and not the line outside of the house.

The download and ping may be bad news for you but the upstream SNR looks very good which means the upload speed can be improved a lot, your line should be capable of reaching 900 - 1100kbps on the upstream.

I would try the test socket and post results back on here though before you phone sky and get the upload speed improved.
