Problems installing the world of warcraft client

Hi folks. Long time since I've been on here. I am at the moment trying to install the world of warcraft online client. The pronlem is I get a msg saying "unable to connect please check your conection and firewall settings". I know its not nod 32 as I've disabled both the fire wall and antivirus so it has to be the firewall om the rouuter (segam one). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this?
